Use of Gamers Trade World
When using our site, you will not:
- use any inappropriate language
- have an inappropriate user name
- violate any laws or anyone’s rights
- create an account if you are under the age of 18
(for Gamers under 18, please see information on the "Wallet" account we have created just for you)
- fail to pay for items purchased by you
- fail to deliver items purchased from you
- fraudulently inflate the price of any item or interfere with anyone else’s auctions
- fraudulently deal with GTW, fail to pay any fees owed to GTW
- give inaccurate feedback
- post spam, give out viruses that may harm GTW
- copy or use any of our content from our site without prior written permission
Reports of Abuse
If we find out that you are abusing our site, the following actions will occur. We will suspend the current auction(s), account, etc. of any suspected abuser; they will also forfeit GTW’s fees on these items. We will send e-mails out to anyone involved in the current auction(s) or has had dealings with the suspected abuser. This may lead to termination of user and possibly legal action. We reserve the right to cancel any duplicate, fraudulent, or accounts that are inactive.

Gamers Trade World Liability
Gamers Trade World is not responsible for anyone’s actions except our own. You understand that anyone, anywhere can place a game, console, accessory, etc. on our website to sell. We do not get involved in the buying or selling of an item. If a party contacts us to let know about fraudulent activity, we will take actions to find out what’s going on so we can stop the bidding. We are not liable for the quality of an item or non payment on an individual’s part. Check with your state laws if you have further questions on this issue. If you do have a problem with an individual, you hereby release us from any claims or damages.
Gamers Trade World Wallet
We have created this feature on our website for parental control. Parents or legal guardians have the option of creating an on line "wallet" for their children under 18. A parent or legal guardian over the age of 18, can go into our website and create an account for their child with a spending limit, the "wallet". The parent sets up the limit of the wallet using their credit card information and gives the child permission to send up to that limit. (Example, if Mom puts $100 in Mike’s wallet, Mike cannot spend over $100.) The parent and the child have the same password to get into the account, but the parent has his or her own password to for the wallet. In order to have the empty wallet replenished, the child needs the parent to go back into the account to do so or the child can no longer buy anything. By opening up and giving your child permission to have a wallet account, you are releasing us from all liability associated with this type of account.
Your Privacy
Gamers Trade World does not sell or trade your personal information to any third party companies for marketing. We keep all of your information on a computer system located in the United States protected by security devices. All of our customer services representatives are also located in the United States.
